Biography
As TradeBeyond’s Chief Executive Officer, Michael Hung holds overall responsibility for the company’s strategy and key business initiatives. With more than 25 years of IT Industry experience, Michael has focused on developing software and solutions that streamline business processes for leading retail, manufacturing and financial services organizations. Prior to TradeBeyond, he consulted for a range of clients and industries with Lotus Consulting, now part of IBM. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, from Carnegie Mellon University.
Tim Chiu
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Biography
Tim Chiu has over 25 years of experience in supporting global sourcing automation and information technology that enables collaboration between global commerce communities. Tim has helped numerous leading retailers and brands improve global sourcing efficiency by implementing retail merchandising, global sourcing, vendor management, and vendor collaboration solutions that provide measurable benefits. With a varied background in IT and workflow process consulting, Tim is a frequent speaker on the topic of global sourcing for the retail industry.
Victor Hsu
Chief Finance Officer
Biography
Victor Hsu has extensive experience in finance, operations, and M&A. Most recently, Victor served as the CFO of two companies, scaling their global operations and leading them to successful exits. Victor led capital allocation and restructuring initiatives that resulted in profitable growth. Victor also has a deep background in M&A and capital markets as an investment banker at Evercore and Morgan Stanley in New York and Hong Kong. Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Eric Linxwiler
Sr. Vice President, Business Development
Biography
Eric Linxwiler has over 30 years of experience in business development positions within enterprise software and cloud based service companies with a specialty in Supply Chain optimization and workflow management. Most recently, he has focused on supply chain communications between Tier one retailers, manufacturers, distributors and their trading partners. Prior to joining TradeBeyond, Eric managed the Sales and Marketing operations for Direct EDI, Inc. in San Diego, California, where he helped grow the company from an early stage start-up to a multi-million dollar organization that was acquired by SPS Commerce in 2011.
Luke Matthews
Head of Professional Services North America & Europe
Biography
Luke Matthews brings almost 20 years of experience helping brands, retailers and suppliers transform their businesses via enterprise supply chain technology. He brings knowledge across the supply chain from ideation to order fulfillment, having delivered successful outcomes for multiple Fortune 500 companies and rapidly growing businesses. Luke brings a customer centric approach to solution delivery specializing in complex integrated solutions. Most recently, Luke served as Chief Customer Officer at Bamboo Rose. Prior to that he held positions at IBM and Accenture within their SAP Supply Chain Consulting Practices.

Biography
CY first joined TradeBeyond in 1998 and spent nearly 10 years heading up various implementation assignments as a senior consultant before continuing his consulting career in Accenture for over 10 years. CY rejoined TradeBeyond in 2019 as the Senior Vice President, Solutions Delivery and has global responsibility for ensuring the successful technical and functional deployment for all Clients.
Jacky Mo

Biography
Jacky Mo is a passionate HR professional with over 20 years' experiences leading HR business partners, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, total rewards, HR tech & analytics, and HR operations in variety of industries. She has extensive experiences working with established MNC as well as start-up firms to build high performing and engaged workforces. Jacky has been dedicated to helping organizations and leaders navigate through changes and define strategies to bring positive impacts on employee experiences.
Jacky holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick.
André von Appen

Biography
André von Appen has over 25 years of experience supporting and consulting on digital transformation projects through innovative technology solutions. André brings a well-established background in Information Technology and has delivered multiple complex implementations for multi-million dollar projects in the retail and IT industry. Prior to TradeBeyond, Andre has held senior executive roles in Sales, Business Development & P&L Management. He has comprehensive skills in building operations and offices from start-up, to fully established and operational across Europe and North America. André holds a Bachelor’s degree with distinction in Information Technology.
Anna Andreoli
Vice President Customer Success
Biography
With over a decade of leadership experience in marketing, sales, and customer success, Anna Andreoli is dedicated to driving client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. She joined TradeBeyond in 2022, leveraging her expertise from Pivot88, where she led strategic growth initiatives from its startup phase to the multi-million dollar organization that was acquired by TradeBeyond in 2023. Earlier in her career, Anna gained invaluable experience working with industry giants such as Apple and HP, where she developed a robust foundation in technology sales and marketing. Anna holds a Masters’ in Management degree from ESCP Business School.
